The Lycabettus Run site uses the following Personal Data:

The Organizing Committee of Lycabettus Run (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") collects and registers the personal data only when you enroll in the race of the event. These data are minimum, and are considered necessary for the list of  the participants, results and statistics of the event.

The organization has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is responsible for compliance with the general legal processing principles that are provided in the Articles 5‑11 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 ( 'hereinafter "Regulation").If you want to contact with the Data Protection Officer ,you can send an e-mail to info@lycabettusrun.gr.

The organization and the participant have the right to access the information gathered and registered by the participant's registration in the race.

The organization and the participant have the right to correct the information gathered and registered from the participant's entry in the race, which are considered incorrect or incomplete.

The organization and the participant have the right to delete the information collected and registered by the participant's registration in the race. Deleting this information may either result in the deletion of the participant's information.

The organization and the participant are entitled to restrict the processing of information collected and registered by the registration of the participant in the race, after contacting the Data Protection Officer.

The organization and the participant have the right to transfer the information collected and registered by the participant's entry into the race. This right refers to the provision of a copy of the participant's data to the participant himself.

The organization and the participant have the right to object to the processing of the information collected and registered by the participant's registration in the race after contacting the Data Protection Officer. This right amounts to the right to restrict the processing of paragraph no. 6.

The duration of the participant's data processing from registration is determined from the date the race takes place. The retention period of the participant's data from the registration is determined from the date when the race takes place without the participant requesting the deletion of his or her data.

When a participant enters a race in the event, he expressly accepts the publication of his participation in the race and his performance in the event. The minimum personal data published is in each case the name of the participant, the year of birth and the time of his/her performance or the event of abandonment in case of the participant's abandonment. Such data may not be deleted even if the participant exercises the right to delete paragraph 5.

In case of violation of the personal data of the participants,maintained in the database and application files, the organization is bound to inform the Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) within 72 hours of the detection of the breach.
